Update 2021-08-20: According to further reports, fully vaccinated travellers from Germany and Brunei will be allowed to enter the country from 08 September. Via a travel corridor (“Vaccinated Travel Lane” or VTL), tourists will be able to enter to Singapore on selected flights without having to go into quarantine. In addition to the vaccination, the prerequisite is a “Vaccinated Travel Passport” (VTP), which can be applied for online between 7 and 30 days prior to entry starting 01 September, as well as a negative PCR test result (not older than 48 hours at the time of departure, in English), a PCR test on arrival at Singapore Changi Airport, and up to two PCR tests during the stay.
